5. Shipping Policy
We provide shipping services within Australia only.
After an order is successfully placed and confirmed, the order processing time is 1–2 business days.
Once dispatched, the estimated shipping time is 5–10 business days.
Orders placed and paid before 6:00 PM (Australia/Sydney time) will have processing time calculated from the same day.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM will have processing time calculated from the next business day.
Orders placed on non-working days will be processed from the next available business day.
Shipping fees are applied as follows:

Orders with a total value of AUD 100 or more (including AUD 100) qualify for free shipping

Orders with a total value below AUD 100 are charged a flat shipping fee of AUD 8.99
We arrange shipping services based on the order and provide tracking information after dispatch.

6. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before they enter the shipping process.
Cancellation requests must be submitted via email or phone and include the order number and relevant order details.
Once a cancellation request is confirmed, refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days and issued to the original payment method.
If an order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer available, and the matter should be handled in accordance with the Return & Exchange Policy.

7. Return and Exchange Policy
Returns or exchanges may be requested within 30 days from the date the product is received, provided the applicable conditions are met.
Eligible situations include appearance issues, quality-related issues, noticeable odour or significant colour variation, incorrect items received, or return or exchange requests made without a stated reason within the allowed period.
After a return or exchange request is approved, the product must be sent back to the designated return address.
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
