    • Reason for return or exchange

4. Exchange Arrangement

5. Refund Information

After the return is confirmed and the product inspection is completed, refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (such as bank card, Visa, or MasterCard).

6. Shipping Cost Responsibility

  1. If the return or exchange is due to appearance issues, quality issues, odour, significant colour variation, or incorrect items, the return shipping cost will be covered by us

  2. If the return or exchange is requested without a stated reason, the return shipping cost will be borne by you

  • Returned items must match the details provided in the request and be reasonably packaged

  • If the item does not match the reported condition upon inspection, the return or exchange request may be declined
