These Shipping Terms apply to orders placed through the Belonilta (hereinafter referred to as “we”) online store and explain shipping-related arrangements.

1. Shipping Scope

We currently provide shipping services within Australia only.
Shipping to countries or regions outside Australia is not supported at this time.

2. Shipping Fees

  • Orders with a total value of AUD 100 or more (including AUD 100) qualify for free shipping

  • Orders with a total value below AUD 100 are charged a flat shipping fee of AUD 8.99

Shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout.

3. Taxes

All product prices displayed on our website include applicable taxes.
No additional taxes will be charged at checkout.

4. Order Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed and paid before 6:00 PM (Australia/Sydney time) will be processed starting from the same day

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed starting from the next business day

  • Orders placed on non-working days will be processed from the next available business day

5. Order Processing Time

The processing time is 1–2 business days before dispatch.

6. Shipping Time

Once an order has been dispatched, the estimated total shipping time is 5–10 business days.
Actual transit time may vary depending on the destination and logistics arrangements.

We work with reliable logistics providers in Australia, including but not limited to:

  • Australia Post

  • Sendle

8. Order Tracking

After dispatch, tracking information will be provided when available.
Tracking updates are subject to the carrier’s system status.

9. Responsibility Statement

  • We ensure products are properly packed and in good condition prior to dispatch

  • If shipping delays occur due to carrier-related reasons, we will assist with inquiries where possible

  • We are not responsible for shipping issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer

10. Receiving and Inspection

  • Please inspect the package upon receipt

  • If there is visible damage or abnormal condition, it is recommended to record it at the time of receipt
